Thank you for all the insights and tips. I will not be touching the head gasket.
Now embracing myself for the pain thats coming lol. I gotta fix the ac as well
For oil, I use amazon full synthetic 10w 30. I dont really have a oil consumption issue. I would say about .5 quarts every 2000 miles. not sure if thats bad. Im sure its better than many.

That's not bad for oil consumption but do your car a favor and swap to any non-Mobile 1 name brand full synthetic. The Amazon stuff isn't great even for the money.

1/2 quart every 2K miles isn't worth looking into. You're more likely to mess something up by digging into it rather than actually fixing it.
Do nothing, IMO.
Maybe swap something easy and foolproof like a PCV. Hopefully that improves.
Or try a different oil to see if that helps. 0W40 Castrol Edge is my recommendation. I've seen good results on oil consumption.

Half of a quart of oil every 2000 miles is really very good, for an engine with 200K miles on it. In the old days, just getting an engine to 200K miles was nearly impossible. Many engines would be going through their second or third overhaul, by then.
