Default 2004 Car with 2006 motor help!

Hello
I have a quick question here. I have a 2004 s2000. What conversions do i need to put in a motor and tranny from a 2006 s2000 if any. I have it put into the car but for some reason it wont start. I put in the engine harness from a 2004. Also the intake manifold is out of a 2004 as well.
Thanks
Very much appreciated.
Bart

A LOT

Camshafts (trigger wheels are different)
cylinder head (not ported for AIR system, and you will have a permanent CEL P0411) car will still run fine with AP2 V2 head
front trigger wheel (must remove oil pan, crank pulley and timing cover)
crank sensor
valve cover

i have the opposite problem lol..

i have an 07 and picked up an 05 motor which is sitting in my car. maybe we should swap blocks? lol

ive swapped the crank sensor, knock sensor, valve cover, welded the egr port in the 07 intake mani closed, swapped the intake camshaft and left off a few hoses lol..

we got it started up today. sounds like its running fine. havent driven it yet because we still need to bleed the clutch..

only code im getting so far is the intermitant crankshaft sensor.

Did you pull the timing cover and change the trigger wheel? DBW trigger wheel is different.

Hi Billman250, how are you
Regarding the 06+ complete engine swapping onto 04-05 S2000, may I ask your advices?
My 05 s2000 EGR was already removed. DID it mean no CEL if I do this kind of swapping?
I still have to change the front trigger wheel, crank sensor, crank sensor. and nothing else?
Thanks for your advice.
