just like my 88 mazda GTX. only 1200 produced and there isn't much that mazda stocks anymore. So, a little ingenuity and we've kept our cars running over 25 years now.

sad but true.

All good things must come to an end eventually... hopefully I'll be able to snag a spare 06-09 block before it goes out of production too

Not at all imo. So many of these cars were produced, especially considering how many were brought to north america. By no means is this a rare/limited type of car. However, the ability to purchase new oem parts from honda is priceless.

This is probably going to sound like a stupid question- but if one were to buy a block today, how would one store it and how long would it last in storage?
