2 small ground cables by intake manifold stay.
i was working on replacing my knock sensor. the metal breaker bar touched the ground cables and caused sparks.
i am wondering where these lead to so i can track it and check the fuse(s) if there is any.
of course i hadn't disconnected the negative battery terminal while i was working. i know i got complacent. this wont happen again.

touching the ground wont cause sparks...you hit a positive cable somewhere.. possibly the alternator/starter as those are the only ones which should be getting power with the engine off

i see.
i checked 2 under-hood fuse boxes, and under-dash, seems there isnt any fuse for alternator or starter.
correct me if im wrong. might have overlooked.
