Wouldn't it be a second gear grind than? If you just had your synchro's replaced in 2nd and 3rd, I would think improperly installed. If the clutch were not fully disengaging it would effect all gears, right? Take it back where you had fixed and show it to them.
Thats the scary part. I had them changed at the Honda Dealership. I'm just going to bring it in. I appreciate everyone's input. I'll keep you posted on what the problem was/is.

Grinding under no circumstances is "normal", and is caused by either user error (clutch pedal not pushed in all the way, or released too early), a worn mechanical part (gears ground down, failing syncro) or by improper lubrication (wrong transmission fluid).

If you don't want to take your car in yet, then try changing your tranny fluid with some GM Synchromesh Friction Modified and see if that helps the problem. Also move your seat forward one click (I know, you are sure that you are shifting properly, but just for shiz and giggles it wouldn't hurt to make sure you are pushing in the clutch pedal all the way to the floor and not releasing until after the transmission is in gear), as well as trying a high rpm, but slow moving shift. In other words don't try to slam it home, but rather pull steady and smoothly and let it slip into gear before moving your left foot at all.

I'd mention this to Honda weather they do anything or not.
At least have it on record that you did make a complaint.
