So your in 3rd gear going about 30,

approaching a stop sign,

start to slow down, now your around 15mph,

then you have your clutch down, and before your fully completely stopped,

you put your gear into 1st,


When I do this action, even very gently the 1st gear cruches,


anybody else experienced this?


I just got brand new Honda MTF fluid today, and same thing

try this:

put in neutral, rev up car to ~2K rpm. clutch in, slowly push it into 1.

should fall in nicely. thats the idea of dc'ing...matching shaft speeds.
