Thanks for the quick response guys. Yes, part #21 is a 17mm bolt (pictured to the right), but its actually for the caliper itself. Im looking for the longer 17mm bolt to the left, should be somewhere on the front knuckle?

went to the dealership and got the smaller 17mm bolt (pictured right) which is actually part#21. The dealership doesn't even know where the longer 17mm bolt (left) is on diagram Anyone know this part #? Should be in front knuckle diagram but its not there

Can't you go to a car parts or hardware store, bring the bolt, and find proper replacement? Look like a hex, flange type, 12mm diameter/17mm head. Grade 10.9. Be sure to take bolt so you get correct thread pitch.

Anyhow, a good hardware store may be able to help. Good luck!

What does that longer bolt connect to? Your pictures show the smaller bolt but it seems like you're asking about a different bolt. lol

Thanks for the help guys. Last resort was to go home depot, but found the part at the dealership, which is part #27 (#90175-S2A-000) BOLT, FLANGE (12X37). I guess me and 3 other Honda parts reps overlooked this because for some reason it looks as if part #27 bolts up to lower ball joint which is clearly pictured on the diagram.
