Here are some questions that I have for the fluid changes...
What do you guys recommend for rear differential and tranny fluid?
Do I need to replace any washers?
Does anybody know how to change the 2 fluids?
And what do I use to clean the oem air filter?
Thanks in advance.

First, check out the stickied threads at the top of "Under the Hood". One is entitled "Commonly Asked Questions ......................... " and the other "Oil Journals". These will give you insight into a lot of your questions along with fluid choices and "How To's" on how to change these fluids.
To answer your questions briefly here:
I use Mobil 1 75W90 synthetic gear oil for the diff and Honda MTF for the tranny. The links on those threads will give you the quantities you'll need.
You don't have to replace the washers unless they are damaged in a previous fluid change.
The OEM filter should not be cleaned. I suppose you could gently brush out the big bits and carefully blow it out from the inside out as long as you don't use too much pressure, but this is only a temporary measure and won't gain you much more mileage. You should be getting a new OEM filter or get an aftermarket re-useable one if you prefer to clean it yourself.

Search the forum for the fluid changes, you will find some great how-to's.
I am currently using GM Synthetic MTF and previously used GM Synchromesh. You can stick with Honda MTF if you like.
For the rear end, I am using Mobil 1 75-90 Synthetic lube with no problems.
It doesn't hurt to replace the washers, so grab a set from your dealer. Oil drain, tranny fill and drain, diff fill and drain. Shouldn't be more than a couple bucks.
You can't effectively clean the OEM air filter. Either buy a new one from the $tealer or use a K&N or other reusable one.
Depending on how you use your car, it may be time to change out the brake and clutch fluid. I use ATE SuperBlue stuff.
