12 volt freaked with air pump and shut off my car
i was pumping air into my tires when it suddenly stopped. now i have one of those inflaters which has a stopping needle on the gauge so you can basically tell where to stop air inflation. i thought to myself since it stopped i should increase the capacity of the stopping needle so it can keep going. did that and then nothing happened until two seconds later my instrument cluster shut off and radio stopped.
i turned the key to its off postion then back to its on position and the instrument cluster is fine. however the 12 volt plug is dead. the screen on the radio is dead, but the buttons glow while the anti theft light blinks.what should i do to fix this? fuse? thanks in advance.

It's the 5th fuse from the top on the left side/row inside the fuse box underneath the drivers side dash
fuse #9
10A
