100k miles and no oil consumption
This short block was replaced by the previous owner at around 60k and broken in with conventional oil before switching to M1 10-30. When I bought it I continued to run the M1 up to around 85k (on the motor) at which point it was burning it pretty regular. I switched to the Amsoil 10-30 ATM and it burned about another 1.5 quarts in 8k on that first change. Now that I've got a few thousand on this second change the oil consumption has stopped. I couldn't be happier as this engine rolls past 100k miles, it sees 9k everyday that I drive it. Big thanks goes out to ImportSport for breaking it in right and maintaining it before I got it.
Anybody else got a high milage engine with no oil consumption?
.......Now if I could just do something about this tire consumption problem

might be an ap1 versus ap2 thing, but my ap2 burned a little oil up to 10k miles. I'm now at 60k and I still burn zero oil. I use whatever synthetic is on sale at walmart

My Integra's B17A engine has 281,000 miles and doesn't burn any oil. It's been on Mobil 1 for the last 150k or so
I've gone 9500 miles since my last oil change for the S2000 and I noticed it burned a little oil on a 1200 mile round trip I took over the 4th. It was reading "low" on the dipstick. Not sure where the oil went, no residue on the rear bumper
