Default 100k Mile Service

Maybe Im blind/stupid but I couldnt find any information on the 100k mile service?

What all is reccomended to swap out? I'd like to get just about everything that would be wise to change out done. Is there a place where I can see the list?

I bought the car with 55k miles on it, and I didnt swap out the retainers when I bought it, I havent over revved it, but I'd like to swap them out anyways.
Retainers
valve adjustment
all the fluids
brake pads

What else should be on this list?

Thanks for the help

there's no such thing as a 100k service. major is 90k, then 120k.

brake pads don't need to be changed until they get close to the minimum pad thickness. valve adjustment is about every 30k.

i think some services are time-based...like coolant change.

Check the keepers before replacing the retainers. You should be able to see the keepers dropping well before the retainers fail.

Since you have owned the car since 50k, just make sure the basics are current. Change any of these that haven't been changed in the last 2 years:

Trans fluid
Diff fluid
Brake fluid
Coolant
Clutch fluid
Belts
Spark plugs

Get the valves adjusted.

Get an alignment. Replace anything that is bad or suspect.

Shin Etsu the top seals.
