Back from the dead again...
perhaps it's a slightly bent knuckle?

To the OP or anyone that has this issue:

Did your car come like that? Did you buy it used? Did you have an accide that caused the issue? If so, what was the nature of the accident?

Holy crap guys I didn't know this thread had still gone on a bit. I had a few ppl PM me about this, so I thought I'd update the thread.

The status is the same so far. I am still running a 5mm spacer on the one side that sat "further in" and it looks/works just fine. I've had 3 alignments since the OP and it dials in perfect every single time. The only drawback is my rear wheels being a tad more aggressive than they're "supposed" to be. I haven't tried any of the adjustable arms and all that because I haven't really felt a need to.

If anyone wants to know any other details feel free to PM me!

Kind of an odd question but did you try flipping the wheels? Not saying drive on the tires with the tread going the wrong way but it kinda looks like one of the tires is sitting on the wheels differently? I am just curious if you take the driver side wheel and put it on the passengers side if the it looks the same.

I completely forgot about this thread. I should get some photos, but my car is the exact same way. My drivers' side wheel sticks out more than my passenger side wheel just as your pictures show. Mine isn't as obvious, but I ended up rolling my drivers' fender considerably more than the passenger side.

I have tried that, it doesn't help the issue at all.
