Default 0w-40

So I just got some 0w-40 to change my oil with and I was wondering if I should bring it back and get 30 so tell me what you guys think if 40 will hurt my motor?

It won't hurt...but better to use what is recommended if your engine is stock

What brand ?. I always thought Mobil1's 0w-40 would be a good oil to run, it tends to be on the thin side of a 40 weight anyhow. It should provide good all around protection, quick flow at start-up and good hot temp protection. I ran a 5w-40 without any issues, I think a 0w-40 would be better.
