Default 06' S2K with rattle

I got a 06' with roughly 4000 miles on it. I have noticed this rattle/buzz when I am deaccelerating around 2500 RPM, this same noise comes out again when I am in reverse without giving any gas, but it's not as loud as deaccelerating.

I did my research, and found some posts regarding this issue, and something called TSB54. What exactly is TSB? and people said it's only only for 00-01 S2Ks, but how come my car is a 06, why is it making the same buzz? is there any way to remove that sound, it's getting really annoying.
