Default 06 head on 04 block? I am hoping to get this engine together tonight :)

Well first let me state this is a dedicated race car. I am swapping a 04 block into my 01 AP1 and both my AP1 heads I have sitting here have scratches on the mating surface that will most likely cause coolant leak issues issues. I have a freshly rebuilt 06+ head sitting here that is mint and I would prefer to actually use over the ap1 heads due to the much better condition and upgraded retainers Comparing the both they look identical other than the air injection ports? If I am using the Ap1 Intake manifold and doing a air pump delete should I be good?

Any help would be great because then I could get this car running possibly tonight.
