05 AP2 Cluster Gauge Bubbling/Fading - Fix?
Just purchased a 05 AP2 for my wife and it looks like various parts of the cluster gauge is peeling from the inside. Has anyone seen this? Any guess as to which part actually needs to be replaced? Thanks - Jack

First time I've seen that, and I'm going to assume those are NOT protective stickers a previous owner put over the actual tach?
Not a common problem at all, at least on California s2000s.
I believe the tach comes as a whole unit, but I wonder if this is the diffusion plate (#5, $18.69) or the LCD assembly (#1, $397.95)? In for an expert opinion.

I believe you can replace just the plastic cover. I know 08-09 guys swap in the CR plastic and its like a $30 part.
