Thumbs up 04 Trany Problems

[SIZE=7]I have and 2004 S2000 with 67888 miles always going to 2nd gear it will sound like it grinds sometimes but it does not do it all the time and today it did it and then it would not let me put it in 1st or 2nd gear so i had to drive home using 3rd and so on gears. Then i get home and ran inside for about 10min and came back out to go to my shop to get the car looked at. So I tried to put it in 1st again and it went but it was hard to put it in and then i tried 2nd and it was hard also but after i got down the street 1st and 2nd gear felt ok but still a little funny. I have a warrenty on the trany but if they dont find anything wrong then i will have to pay for it to be looked at and put right back in. SO i just need some info on if thier is something wrong or not to worry about it for now? HELP

When was the last time you flushed and bled your clutch fluid? That would be the first place I'd start, then change the tranny fluid. If you're still having problems, then start looking at the tranny having worn synchros.

I think it's possible that you didn't bleed your clutch enough. You have to keep doing it and doing it and doing it until your sick of it and the clutch pressure seems like it's there now. And then bleed it some more. This certainly does sound like an air in the clutch fluid problem. Hopefully, you haven't damaged the synchros.
