03 s2k goes right all the time
Ok, first of all, a few clarifications are due:
-- It's not too bad, but on high way I find myself always applying a bit of force on the wheel. If I straight the car up and let go the wheel, in about 10 seconds my right wheels will roll out of the lane.
-- I did an alignment at a local Honda dealer and it doesn't (noticeably) change anything.
-- Tire pressure seems to be ok, at least according to my $5 gas station gauge.
-- I understand that most road surfaces have a curvature and leans towards right. But even on surfaces that seem level to me, I still go right slightly. On the other hand, on surfaces that obviously lean left, I go straight just fine. So it's more than a surface thing.
Any ideas folks?

looks like you have more caster on the left wheel and less caster on the right wheel, tats why its leaning towards right when you let go of the steering wheel. wat's the alignment reading on the front casters?

Unbalanced tires cause a vibration, not a pull.
If it pulls right in the left lane and the tire pressure has been checked you have either mismatched brand/ tread pattern tires, uneven tread depth or just a bad tire.
This is a very common concern with any Torsen diff equipped vehicle.

front caster: left 6.1 right 5.9
you are the man! Thanks.
I guess the Honda folks did touch it because they are within the specified range 5.8-6.3. Do you recommend I go back and do it again? My rear tires are wearing out so I am thinking maybe I'll wait till I get a new set of tires and then balance and align the wheels.
