JL9000. Give this a try.
I let it warm up for about 3 minutes in neutral with the clutch up. Then I drive a block in 1st then shift. When you shift to 2nd for the first time, rev her up to 3500- 4000, fully depress cluth, then start the 1-2 shift.
If it blocks you, gradually add pressure. If it wouldn't go in, don't force it, just double clutch and then put it in. Your tranny will get bette as it wears in.

Thanks! but as I said this has only happened twice, and when it happened, my engine was at 4k RPM with clutch fully depressed. Now when I'm warming up, I row through the gears before I leave the garage, that seemed to make shifting a lot easier.
