Default '02 Convertible Top

I have the PDF directions submitted by Clovis, but they are specific to installing the
'02 top on earlier cars, and there were no pics with the file as well.
Anyone have a detailed file with pictures on the '02 and newer top replacement?
Thanks

There isn't a difference between any model year S2000 that significantly affects the replacement of the top. Send Clovis a PM to ask if his original instructions included pictures. He doesn't read UTH.

I just did the retrofit of an '01 to a glass top, with Clovis' instructions.

I can send you the .pdf with pictures, if you pm me your email.

I think it would be worth the effort to find a METRIC riveter. I used standard size and had to drill out each hole from 4mm to 3/16".

Why didn't you just use 4mm (5/32's) rivets? And you don't need a special rivet gun for standard or metric.

Yeah, you're right, 5/32" rivets would have been perfect, but I couldn't find any locally.

Here's a thread on my experiences with the glass top conversion...

I'm very much an amateur, but hopefully it will help someone else.
