take apart the IAC valve and clean it, do a compression test how hard can it be???

@apme123 pretty hard actually when u dont have a compression tester and ur work schedule is only the times the shops are open already have shop who will do it for free just my timing is horrible

I just did a compression check cylinder 2 is at about 110 and cylinder 4 was 230lbs bent valve or deeper?

add a tiny bit of oil into cyl 2, about a tea spoon or cap full, if the compression goes up then the cyl wall has damage, or the piston ring is gone, of the compression remains the same, I would try a valve adjustment, if the does not help, then its very possible the valve is bent. Add a cap full or teaspoon full of oil and redo the compression test. Let me know what you find.

So i couldnt do the compression today but im checking with a feeler gauge on the valves. The .008 on the feeler goes in pretty freely on cylinder 2 intake side. Exhaust side the .008 has a little friction to it.
