I don t understand well.

We only need the 2 parts in green(picture) to replace the AP1 bumper by the AP2 ?

Nothing else ?

how much does each one of those bracket will cost you to rig it up like that in the picture.

He is saying that what is circled in green is the only difference between AP1 and AP2 liners. Unfortunately the brackets are not available separately. He is just trying to stress that AP1 liners could be made to work with minimal effort (make your own extensions)
