haha, I hope you have better luck than I did.

I had this TSB done and they screwed it up so badly I had to have it done 2 more times. The last time I don't think they lubed the parts so I need to stand on my clutch pedal now. It spent nearly a month in the shop total. I need to replace my clutch again now but this time I'll do it myself. That's 4 clutches in 57K miles. Go CUSH Honda service

That noise is normal. Even on my third clutch (02 model disk) it still rattles at 4K. All I can say is get used to it.
