Overall, I'm very happy how the car runs

The transition to VTEC is smooth, with alot of the mid range power giving the car the much needed pull.

Same temp here today, although I am not complaining. This is the first full week we will make it w/o rain in 2003 since Feb. or March.

I think the V-AFC would provide the most gains on a stock car. The V-AFC is used to lean out the fuel mixture, and a stock car would need this more than one with a bunch of bolt-ons. A good CAI, header, and exhaust should lean out the mixture a bit by allowing better air flow.

What model year was this? I haven't seen such high gains on '02+ models.
