I can not help with the roadload calculations... but there is a sponsor on this board (he sells the titanium lugnuts... I forgot his name... maybe Motor-Klasse???) who imported his S2000 from New York into Seoul. I met him at a car show in Seoul and he seemed very knowledgeable. Perhaps he can help you with information or tips, as his car was successfully imported.

* inetia weight = car weight(kg) + 136
load road (PS) = inertia weight(kg) / 136
I also got the above formula from Korea ministery of environment.
