Thank you!
I just bought some Dunlop ZII tires and I learned from a woman at the track last weekend that they have been discontinued now. The price dropped on tire rack and they are now marked "closeout". Evidently there is a ZII star spec now.
Long story short: My 1 week old tires are now outdated So it goes.

Zent's old car is still running strong.
At only half throttle, and with a passenger no less, it can keep within one car length of a brand new M5 up to 40mph. It must be a marvel of engineering from BMW to haul such a heavy car up to speed that quickly.
It wasn't fair. Zent's old car is very, very light. That's the secret.

Congrats on the upgrade to the '06!
I owned a '00 S2K for about three years, until last year I came across an awesome deal on a 2006 Sebring with very low mileage as well!
I made the jump, traded the AP1 for a wad of cash and an old Miata as a daily driver to keep the mileage off of the new S.
Did it take you a while to get used to the differences in driving? There were many small differences between the '00 and my '06 that drove me crazy until I got used to them, although I was driving both cars for about 6 months before ditching the AP1, so going back and forth was a little weird at times lol

Yes, I am still there. You can either come by some day and just borrow it for a few hours, or tell me specifically what type of video you want and I'll have someone take it while I do the driving. Note that it has the short ratio transmission now, so the last two gears have the engine spinning faster than a stock AP1, thus it's even faster than what you remembered it to be.
