**sorry that's GP white***
I recently had a discussion with a chap about white s2000's. In the end, we both agreed that white are the rarest.. I begged the question as to why ?

1. I'm interested to know if anyone has any information regarding Honda's as to why Berlina White a red interior in the U.S. and Canada is given a blue interior ?

2. A guy in a eastern suburb of Toronto told me he ".. would NEVER buy a white because of yadda.. yadda..yadda.. " so I pose the question what''s the general consensus on driving a "white car? " hard to keep it clean ? seems wimpy looking ? he even suggested a "girlie looking s2k".

I'm interested to refute this bloke but I don't see many whites in any photos, any s2k meets either ?? HMMmmmm?

3. I think the white with white hard top looks equally good and less assuming, than the spa , but I ask the question , ...Any spa owners out there that would consider going from spa to Berlina white ?
or have you already ?

4. From a wash and wax standpoint, it must be similar to black in difficult to keep clean or more so even ?

Please I don't mean for this to start a "pic war" either as I'm rather interested in what people and fellow s2k owners think of Berlina White and white sports cars in general?

thanks for your input

Ok hope this helps.....roughly 8% of s2000's are white...It is the lowest percent of all colors...White is a color on a car ya love or hate. White is very easy to keep clean ...i would say sebring silver being the easiest and white in second place. It is so hard to see a swirl mark on a white car. I've owned white cars they are super easy to take car of. Yeah some people say they look girlie....some say if ya get white rims it looks like sneakers. If ya like white ..get it....They are not to commen and yes at meets very rarely does a white one show up. There was definetly one maybe two at fall colors out of 100 cars! But don't think its hard to kep it looking clean...It is so easy...Black is Hard and a daily chore to keep spotless. I'd stick to your guns....search out a white s2000...they look really nice with the hard top! I'd go with the black interior. But the red interior does look race ready! Hope this helps!

just to let you know, its Grand Prix White...Berlina is for black...Berlina Black that is...

my opinion...i love white. i wish i got white instead. i have sebring silver...its great...but i now regret "settling" for silver. from what my friends have, white is easier to maintain than black, but also gets just as dirty as black. probably still need to wash it every week or so, depending on your climate. easier to maintain cuz the swirl marks are very very hard to see.

i was actually looking to trade in my s2000 for a white one, until they released the tan interior here...

As a color on cars I am neutral about white. I neither like it nor dislike it.

As far as maintaining it, I once had a white Accord, and it was the hardest color to maintain that I have ever owned. It seemed to "stain" very easily and was constantly in need of a cleaner/wax. I have never figured out why this was, it just was. Perhaps I was doing something wrong, but others have told me similar stories.

I own a Sebring Silver/Black S. Aside from the fact that I love the color, I find it remarkably easy to maintain.

I have an 2002 white with red interior.....easy to keep clean and the red is one heck of a lot cooler in the sun. Have owned several convertibles......the red is right up there with the white interior of my mustang in regards to being cooler in the sun. Have only seen one other similar to mine....not that common

If anybody has a GP White they would like to trade, I'd be happy to give up my Silverstone.

We have a white and tan sitting on our showroom floor and I think it looks very classy.

I have MY00 Grand Prix White and I get a lot of "Wow, I should've gotten the white!"

"White is the best color!"

I originally was going to get a Berlina Black but when I saw the Grand Prix White--I fell in love! I'm extremely happy with getting the white and have no regrets--an S is an S but in white--the lines look so much better!

ciao ciao
