As long as you are easy on the gas I find it not bad at all... Its like any powerful RWD car... you just cant give it a lot of gas in the rain.

I had Kumho MX's that we're almost bald back in February in San Diego and of course the day before my new tires we're suppose to come in it poured cats and dogs. Anyway's long story short I got sideways going 40mph on the freeway and it didn't take much. I was just cruising in 6th and it couldn't get traction. Anyway's I'm on Toyo T1R's now and they're pretty good in the rain and respectable in the dry. I'm looking to get the Kuhmo XS here in the summer.
All in all I have never had another bad encounter in the rain in 4 years of ownership. Tire tread plays a big role and common sense as well. Be smart and careful and you won't have any problems.

Mine's not horrible in the rain, then again I don't really push it in the rain. I now have Bridgestone re01's on the car.
When I had my toyo t1r's on the car, it was actually real good in the rain, and amaaaazing in the dry.
Once I burn through my re01's I'm going back to the toyo's.

S2000 is just like any other car if you drive it normally in the rain ... just gotta be careful, like how you would drive other cars.
It's a bit more scary because it has no traction control, etc.
