Oh...and it's funny 'cause people at work (my cubicle has killboy photos of me on the Dragon) all know it's my car and seriously think I make "the big bucks." LMFAO!! I'm in a cubicle, jerks.
Bwahahaha!

Sorry, but it's hard for an old car-guy to work in my "young urban poser" environment. I realize that it's the 21st century, and I'm OK with that. If a guy feels a need to share that he likes to dress up in women's underwear, I can handle the conversation. But the other day, a guy shared that he couldn't drive a manual transmission; I'm sorry but that's just too much information.

By the way, I certainly pass the "not snob" test by the standards of this board. I've often described the S2000 as "a Honda like the Mazda Miata." If you're not willing to compare your car to the best-selling roadster of all time when talking to a non-enthusiast, perhaps you are a snob.

Do they have a picture of the S2000s crawling bumper to bumper through the dirt-trailed park in the rain from WTD 07?

Almost everyone (96%) that drives an s2000 that I have met is not snobbish and very down to earth. Also, whenever we meet up for drives, we have all sorts of people come talk to us about our cars, young, old, man, woman, rich (seen some guy in a porsche come talk to us). And, all my friends (I just turned 20) think my car is 'nice' but definitely not up scale (like a porsche would be)

i have a pardner with a Lotus and an S2k... i see the him driving the S2k on the street all the time.. and the Lotus in the garage, here in Florida there aren't any roads to the likes of the Dragon's Tail.. so while i am working up in NC.. not far from Deals Gap.. I asked him.. bring the Lotus up.. he says.. no.. it doesn't have cruise control... ( why does one buy a toy and not play with it )( and i love this guy )
i met this girl, nice, cute, seemed intelligent.. she has a Z4.. at our only meeting she told me i had a poj jap car.. so.. we parted.. at the light, i looked over to her and smiled.. and smoked her on the spot.. she called me up and said... her car wasn't working right... she was taking it to HER dealer that next day... lol... too funny...

I find domestic enthusiasts more snobbish than Honda enthusiasts.
The "there's more torque on my lug nuts than in your engine" quote makes me laugh.
I challenged a C4 Corvette owner to show up at a local auto-x and we could compare times and he has flat refused me ........for 4 years now
