Thumbs up Are you getting more power from E-10 fuels

I had not driven my car at high speeds for a few months because of the gas being so expensive. Today I was able to get it to 130 without much effort, whereas before, it would not pick up that much speed so quick. All the gas stations here have switched to E-10 since 2 or 3 weeks ago. Could the Ethanol give more power? I know it gives less mileage, mine has gone down from 22mpg to 20mpg on the same daily drive average. Thanks.

No, less power as there is less energy in ethanol (hence the worse gas mileage) than in gasoline.
