They need to employ the Enthusiast Auto Group strategy and lock up all the desirable low mileage ones before they can go full retard on pricing.

A little bit of price gouging going on to take advantage of the extremely low mileage. That is a sweet car with such low mileage, but they are looking for a big fish.

Never going to sell for anywhere near that price, but catches a collector's eye for an '00 with <10k mi.
Offer the dealer $30k, I bet they sell it...even though its not worth that either.

If I had the money and time I'd be hoarding every one I could get with 4 digit miles.

It's worth 30. 30k is nothing to a lot of people and there are only so many truly mint cars out there. That said, driving it is going to reduce the value but thats a whole other discussion.
