The S2000 is one difficult install and this one came out great, it looks better on the yellow than my car. I have some pictures of the install taking place as well as the end results at http://albums.photopoint.com/j/ViewPhoto?u...4281&p=38563972

tis quite difficult to tell on the yellow. Looks good!

For a second there, I thought I could see it, but then I scrolled up, and noticed it was the apature wire in my Trinitron monitor.

Looks great. Just wondering tho', what do you do when you have to install the tow hook? And has anyone else had a chance to use it other than Greg Stevens?

The bumper section has a circle cut out and a small round piece for the tow hook.

Thanks! Daivid, Great pictures! And thank Pepi for the great installation. I am very happy with it. Tinted windows and rear tinted window might be next! Too bad you couldn't join us for dinner. I didn't drive my car because I had to bring my girlfriend, roommate, and mingster all together. (we didn't want to drive two cars because it's Friday in Buckhead areas - hard to find a parking space, especially one with enough room to park without getting dings and scratches!)
I would also like to thank Mingster for stopping by and shared some of the S2000 info with us. I hope you have enjoyed the (stay) meet with us. It was out of blue, so, I didn't plan anything for you, but at least you spotted 3 S2000 here in Atlanta areas (remember, it has been raining last few days, only some of us are brave enough to drive our S in bed weather). Thank you for being so patiently to wait and saw the installation of my stonegard. Hope you had a pleasant fly back to LA and have enough sleep for the S2000 meeting today! Keep in touch!
Oh! almost forgot, also thank Tim for joining us for dinner last night. (Nice looking YELLOW CRX!)

Nice meeting you Mingster, and I promise not to post the pic of you in the green Mustang rental. 850 and tims2k, next weekend is bound to be nicer for a ride downtown.

I've been reading about the "stongard" products and while it looks and performs great, I just can't bear to spend $400+ for parts and another $400+ for labor (thats how much they are charging in the Campbell, CA). I am wondering it is possible to install it yourself and how hard it would be. There are also "similar" products offered by 3M and other lesser known companies. What do you guys think?
