XM vs Sirus radio; speakers

Just upgrade the door speakers with a quality speaker and add 100 watt amp and get satelight radio.
XM is awesome and I hear Sirrus is good too, the main difference being talk content ; nascar, NFL, MLB , howard stern and such.
An aftermarket radio would help but add to the cost and you lose the stock radio controls unless you get the Modify radio control unit.
Everything can be returned to stock, XM and amp removed in 30 Minutes and you got totally back to stock except for the speakers which don't show.
