In my unprofessional opinion. A cause of action against Pierceman, Macgyver, or anyone else in CA for libel would require two (very narrowly construed) requirements. First. It must be untrue. Haha.. prove that? Secondly (and this one kicks you out of the ballpark in my opinion) you must demonstrate harm. Can you do that? Do you have good will that was damaged by their statements? Um.. I dunno, but I don't think so.
In any case most of the statements you are crying about I think are either provably true, or obviously opinion. So... I don't think your case is very strong.
Whether you should even be threatening litigation against your customers is another thing. Mind you this whole post is my opinion and I am in no way qualified to provide legal advice.
