No other immobolizer key on my ring. It didnt struggle/sputter either. It just died. We didnt even know it dies since the radio was still on. Just quit.....Still at a loss on what happened

The blinking green key (immobilizer light) is telling you that it does not recognize the key as being the correct one. Concentrate your search here. There is a complete diagnostics check that your dealer can do to root out the problem, however, this might be difficult if the car is not "acting up" at that particular moment. It is most likely a problem with the immobilizer receiver unit - that's the thing that receives the key and reads the code. If at any time, it senses the wrong key, the fuel pump stops working. This will explain why the car just died and your radio kept working.
You either have a faulty receiver or you have somehow damaged the transponder in the key itself. In either case, it would be a warranty issue. They can easily swap the receiver in the steering column. They can also easily give you a new key.
Try using your other key for a while and see if it happens again under similar circumstances. If it doesn't happen again, then it is most likely a bum key.
ps. Your G-Tech plugs into the accessory power socket. This would not cause the situation you experienced.

The only time anything similar to this happened to me was with a bad install of an airbag switch. When it was finally resolved it turned out that the switch had been wired into a shared fuse with the fuel system. It was shorting out every now and then and would cause the engine to die for no apparent reason.
Perhaps the wiring of your alarm is doing something similar .

Well, the wiring in the alarm does tap into the injectors and reads the RPM's too. It cuts off if the RPM's raise among a few other things. I'm not sure if the car is ran by my key in the ignition or the Valet key that is used with the alarm.
Not sure where the Alarm is spliced into (I think the ignition) and it is using a box to put the immobolizer key in. So far it hasnt had any problems since. If it does, I will definately take it in.
I am down to a 14.48 @ 101.9 MPH now though
