yea i guess you can sort of drive it without the softtop but it'll be kinda dangerous...sux man do you have any pics?

Did you mean $750 for the top and $150 for the motor? If so I think your costs are way off. I have never had to buy a new top, but for the entire top I think you are looking at atleast $2k.

Well, *if* you decide you just want a softtop, and you need to buy the replacement parts, you could always sell your hardtop. It might cover the parts new, but I'm ~99% sure if the used market you could easily find them (for the money your HT would generate).

I shouldn't mess with him, took three of us to find my gas cap release (no manual, one on order.)

lol not long, there was a thread on it like the day before I picked up the car

I checked it for the missing manual before leaving the stealership. I'm normally a RTFM guy anyway.
