Default wtf? ebay listing, a scam?

ebay link

alright so i was browsing the ebay listings like i do daily and came across this one. looks good, seller lists it as no problems has low mileage...and i scroll down to the last pic and it says will sell for 4800

now i know if it's too good to be true it usually is but the funny thing is that i'm actually looking for a s2k and i have exactly 4800 in my savings account right now lol anyway from the looks seems like a scammer but what do you guys think?

i emailed the seller lets see what he responds with.

obviously a scam

No feedback, and just joined a couple of days ago.

ALSO!!! Check out this ad from my local craigslist. Read the description for the eBay and this listing http://bend.craigslist.org/car/569936045.html

What are the odds of some of the exact same wording (including the bad grammer of the last few words).

4800 sounds like an odd number to me, why not ask for an even 5000?

You might want to run a carfax on it since it does sound a little fishy.

Does anyone on here live near North Canton, OH that would be willing to check the car out for ThuG LyFe?

There was a similar ad on craigslist in Atlanta too. I wonder what the guy would say if someone shows up to see the car?

Obviously a scam. Or those are pictures from before he totaled the car or something.

You wouldn't be able to show up to look at it. He would have just moved to england, but his brother in law is holding the car so you can take a look as soon as your check clears. In fact he will ship the car to you at NO EXTRA COST and will give you a 30-day money back if you don't like it.
