Would you trade your s2k for rsx-s?
I know s2k is a superior performance oriented car compared to the dc5, but that doesn't mean most people would want an s2k over rsx-s for everyday practical use.
Rsx has back seat, a lot of cargo room since its a hatch back, and a better dd in winter
Would any of you trade in your s2k of equal value (more likely Ap1) for an rsx-s if someone offered it to you?
Do you ever think about trading in your s2k for a more practical honda?
The reason why Im asking this is because I have an rsx-s and want to get in the s2k scene. Im just throwing this question out there

NO! I had an rsx-s and sold it to get the s2k. If you want something practical why not just get a beater to? The rsx-s just dosent compare to to the s. I have heard alot of people mainly rsx-s owners say that an rsx-s with kpro can out run a s2k its hard to belive that. The s2k just feels so much stronger in every gear than the rsx-s did.
Do you carry alot of people around with you? How often do you fill up all that space in the rsx? Is the rsx to rough for you?
if its not to rough and you hardly use the space go for the s2k you wont regret it. I sure dont.

Or you can own a single car thats a grocery getter, drive in the winter, park it without anxiety, and do decent at the track/autocross.
And yes I want an s2k because Im young, don't have kids, and have a garage

You can park the s with out to much anxiety i mean they are realtive the same price as an rsx the 03s any way.
and yes you can do decent at the autox but the s2000 preforms better and is more fun to drive. also looks better imo. It comes down to what you want. Do you want a grocery getter thats a little quick or a sports car. Im not saying the s2000 is an extremely fast car but to me the change between it and the rsx was very dramatic.

I initially wanted an 05+ RSX-S, but they were out of my price range at the time. I think about it sometimes because I love new cars. But when it comes down to it, I don't think I'd have the sack to do it.

Harik I don't know about your neighborhood, but I would be cautious about getting your conv top slashed and getting your seats and steering wheels taken whenever you park it in the streets

My main motivation for switching to the s was the fact that the front end of the rsx just started to look ugly to me. i loved the profile veiw as well as the rear view but the front end just looked ugly to stubby and pointy at the tip. Im not much for the convertible top on the s either so that was more of a minus for me but i still love the car.
i love the s2000 and i just like the rsx
