Would you buy a brand new S2K for MSRP?

Rick Case Honda in Euclid, Ohio has a Black/Black 2001 that they really want to get out the door. They offered it to me for $1000 below MSRP, but I've decided to wait for an '02 model.
With winter coming, though, I wanted the hard top, but they were asking $4990 for it! I don't know whether the $1000 off MSRP was 'contingent' (in their minds) on my overpaying for the top by $2000, but since I'm holding off until March or so, I guess I'll never know....
I someone does go over there, talk to Adam. He's a pretty young kid who was really nice and helpful (he's only been there a month or so), and I don't hold it against him that the sales manager wanted to gouge me on the hard top.
The car: everything standard, plus the titanium shift knob which they're not charging for, looks like. Currently has 21.5 miles on it (the last 3.5 of them are mine - I knew enough to baby the engine since it's so new - have no idea about any previous drivers...).

(Don't pay attention to the inventory list on the web site - it says they've got 2 - one is black but with a different VIN, the other is an Automatic with no listed color.....

it's hardin honda in anaheim california. they have that black/black 01 they are willing to sell for msrp, but that's it, not out the door. but if he's interested, he can have a talk with mario over there. just tell him ivan like said he could get that black for msrp. i think this mario guy still thinking im interested, lol.
