Do a search and you will find out everything you need to know on details. The short answer is it will work only if you either change to the newer frame or modify the existing one.

Question

Why don't you just get a hardtop? Damn! I'm hungry right now.

The glass window softtop will fit the '00 and '01 frame. A few elastic straps are added to aid in folding the top. Your biggest costs are getting the top and the installation costs. I found that some of the dealers just farm the work out to a local upholstery shop anyway (after all, how many tops have your local Honda dealership put on compared to the specialists). PM me if you want to learn how to hook up the defroster, or check the link in some of the recent posts.

I did a search and didn't find any real useful info, is there a website or post showing me what I would need to do to fit the glass softop on the old frames?

Thanks in advance!

I did the glass conversion myself a while back and used a write up by s2ki member clovis. One of the posters in the thread linked above says he's got the instructions on file.
