is this worth the deal?

The miles are a bit high but not all of us are fortunate enough to purchase s2k's with less than 20k miles.. My00 has 110k miles and runs strong. Just crack open a service manual and get to work on a little maintnance.

Do you have access to the service records? 57K on a Honda, especially one that has been well maintained is no big deal at all. $20K is about market for a used S in good shape for those miles and year - but check Edmunds or NADA to be sure. I wouldn't pass up this car just because of the miles. I know a guy with over 160K on his AP-1, and no issues. It's a Honda - built to last!
FWIW, My 2004 has 41K on it and some consider that high mileage for an S2K. It was my daily driver up until February 07 and has been meticulously maintained inside and out. In fact, it was actually mistaken for a new S2K at the stealership recently when I went in to get parts for my Accord.
I know another guy who has 8K miles on his 2004 and while that's admirable, it's also sort of a waste. The S is an incredible car and meant to be driven. At the end of the day, it's a Honda, not a vintage Ferrari. Let that beast loose!
