i daily drive my ap2 and until recently i've had no problems driving it on the road regularly. let me just mention for the record i'm 21 yo still pretty young, but i took a hell of a lot of beating from the bumpy a$$ suspension driving back and forth hwy 101.

i guess what i'm saying is that if its freeway driving and you seriously just go to your destination and back, its an ok daily driver. good with gas, good on power, fun to drive.

but if you're gonna be driving back and forth to difference places then try to get another car to dd. the s2000 is just too harsh for that imo

I dd an '04 Camry LE V6, which isn't so bad to drive because at least I have a sound system in the car to entertain me. I had 20" rims on it but had to take them off and put the stock alloy ones back on because the left rear tire went flat and I didn't feel like drawing attention at my college. It seems like any car with nice rims on gets very negative attention with people keying it and throwing sh*t at it.

I love it. Sure, the stereo sucks and it's a bit harsh in colder weather but otherwise, it's more fun than anything.
ya cold weather can be really harsh, the other day i had to wait untill the engine heated up, so i could put the top down with the heater on. i swear it was freaking freezing. some one even said it got below 70*F. i mean humans just weren't meant to function in that kind of environment.....

just a little humor... very little.

Har har. It's about 12 F here right now, so it's cold... I'm still driving the S2K until it snows though. Should be a week or so. Usually, there's snow on the ground a month ago, so I'm lucky!

I DD'd everything in the summer. My S2K, my NSX, my DSMs. I have a van for the winter and that's the only time I drive it.
