Winter is the best S season for us in Florida.

Dry and cool... the cars love it!

I have seen bolth sides. I lived all most of my life in the foothills of Colorado, I moved away in my early 20's and now live in Hawaii. Love the tropical heat and the optiont to wear shorts and t-shirts every day. Now I am back in Colorado for the Holidays and it is cold and snow is all over. I even think the animals hat it. I enjoy driving my car but look at it in a positive way, at least you are not putting the miles on it.

Anyone else just find themselves hating where they live, staring at the car sitting under its cover in the garage, and wishing they were able to just whip it out and drive south?
I often wish I was able to just whip it out... but that darn restraining order.

I don't know how some guys can store their cars for the winter. If I go a week without driving the S I get a psychotic twitch and find myself ready to empty the Glock. I should move to Phoenix, it's too rainy here.

Well, I went just over 2 weeks with mine spotless in the garage NW of Chicago. I couldn't take it anymore and drove it to work the other day then back home in about 2 inches of snow (50 miles round trip). It goes well enough with the hardtop and blizzaks, but rest assured oversteer is only a smidge and I mean a smidge of throttle away in any turn.

It really is nice to get a good feel for the car oversteering so easily, but a couple inches is all I care to mess with. Jumping snow piles and drifts is more then I care to do.

Looks like the air temp right now is 4, and it "feels like -10" according to weatherchannel.com Hope she starts!
