Who cares? The question was about how to make it fit, not whether it is to our tastes!

Please, this ain't art school.

ace, the reason why they won't crumple is because the decals are individual letters not one entire sheet. When you are trying to line it up as a sheet it will give the appearance that it will crumple because you don't have any play in the material. Just line it up, start from one side or the middle (depending on where the sheet is cut) and peel slowly. As long as you line it up right (a few inches from the top) it should be alright.

Please, for the sake of good taste and understatement all over the world, don't do it....

Soak them in rice vinegar, dry them with rice husks, and then put them on while shouting "Rice"! Should work!

Whoa! Hold up.... before anyone else posts a reply to this *ahem* guy , he's the same one who "played the little joke" about taking his S2K offroad.

I had the same trouble with my stick on wood grain for the sides of the car. It turns out OK when you actually put it on.

Seriously though, it's your car, do what you want.

wow ace, you are a very understanding and open minded guy. Most folks are so into their cars and a particular way of tuning that they don't realize when something is just too cheezy to be done.
