Default Wind noise in car

Well when I drive wit the top up and widows up, there is alot of wind noise coming from the top front of the roof. But when i pull the handle above the rear view mirror down, the noise stops. So i was wondering how i could make the top connect to the frame of the car better? Is anyone experinceing this problem?

I think those things that the latches connect onto above your windshiled need to be replaced. I dont know what there called. My g/f's S makes the same noise.
