the wife *hates* the wheels...what to do?
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...&threadid=25230
my car's got the spoon wheels because, well, i love spoon parts and my company sells spoon parts . but my wife finally realized today (after 2 days) that the wheels have been changed - she hates the wheels!
so now i'm thinking of anodizing them into gun metal color...
what should i do?

Errrrr.... uhhhh.... I don't care for them either. Seems like given the current financial circumstances regarding your car, keeping the wife happy is important, so give in if you need to!

Dude...I'm with your wifey on this one. The S2000 is a classy car, and though it's meant for a track, I think the car needs something a little more attractive than those wheels. I don't know about what kind of increased performance you get with those, but if they're 16's or even 17's, I don't think the performance gain would justify killing the look of the car.
Just my opinion boss. But I suppose I'm kinda conservative. I like the Comptech Workmeister's the most. Especially on the Silverstone S's.
Aight guy...good luck with a solution. But my recomendation would be to bump the Spoon wheels, go back to stock, and when it's safe...go out and get the Works for your car.
Peace.
