Damn that sucks... I used to have WAMU a long time ago and they made a series of errors. Once they treated a single charge for about $200 as 6 separate charges and nailed me with 5 overdraft fees and bounced 4 of my checks. The final nail in the coffin was when I tried to take out $100 out of the ATM, it gave me $10 instead but withdraw $100 in the computer system!

I have since switched to Bank of America... They're awesome. If they make mistakes, which is very rare, a quick phone call and they will promptly correct it.

 

Cthree....ya know you can get at lest half of the overdraft fees back....just really complain to them...bitch and moan...they will give you some money back........bitching and moaning works

 

When all else fails, I threaten to take my business elsewhere. I haven't paid a late fee for the last 10 years or so...
