Default why would u get an oem hardtop

so i'm looking at hardtopguy.com and i see that an oem hardtop is about $2,500...and at king the mugen hardtop is $2,800. so i'm wondering why would anybody buy the oem hardtop over the mugen, considering it's only $300 more.

is there something i'm not getting?

oem hardtop comes painted for one. Saves you a few hundred more and is a factory match.

Some people just like the painted OEM better than the Mugen, personally I think I like the OEM version better also.

The OEM top is finished inside with a nice headliner and has rear defrost and a glass rear window. The Mugen top has none of that and comes unpainted.

The mugen uses a lexan rear window with No defroster... The window is also much smaller. Lastly, I can't speak for how the interior of the Mugen one is finished but the OEM one is insulated so it's pretty quiet too.
