Why are there no aftermarket S2K headlights

Because the is not your brothers riced out civic. All aftermarket head lights and tail lights looks so chessey IMO.
And second there doesn't need to be. The AP2 headlights are gorgeous.

The s2000 headlights are VERY VERY expensive. Around $500 per side.
I remember trying to get s2000 projectors to retrofit into a civic and it was $$$$.
The reason is because the s2k's projectors are HID and use a real HID Projector lens that has the 2nd widest beam on the market (opposed to a halogen projector lens that creates lots of glare and hotspots), not to mention the cutoff is amazing.
People WANT s2000 headlights as THEIR "aftermarket" because as a package theres really nothing you can do to improve on them.
I highly doubt those aftermarket headlight companies will or can produce something that looks better that will function better while at the same time turning a profit.

in the 8th gen civic crowd s2k headlights are at the top of the list as far as xenon projectors goes. we have better headlights than bimmers, etc. they are great.
