Thumbs up Why is it so hard to find a GPW S2K?

Ive looked on Craigslist, Auto Trader, and Ebay Motors, but for some reason its extremely hard to find a GPW S2K. Why is that, and is the rarest color they made?

Ive considered just getting a different color, but GPW just looks the best. My younger brother has a Championship White Integra Type-R, and its so clean. Besides, white hides scratches

PS, I have searched the forums, Im a noob to S2Ki, but not to forums...

IMO the rarest color for the S is laguna blue pearl followed by GPW.

It seems that silverstone and sebring silver are really easy to find, and I dont want a dull color. My only other option is a spa yellow s2k, but Im afraid that it will make my insurance higher and attract too much attention: cops and thieves...

I was gunning for a GPW back when I was shopping, ended up getting a sweet deal on my 06 Silverstone, have never looked back. There's a thread about regrets about colour choice....glw your search.

basically simple rule "demands and suppply" applies to GPW.
there is high demands but the supply can not satisfy the number of demands....

i dont know about regular S but for instance, there were only 75 GPW CRs were made out of total production number of 650 and there are 4 colors available for CRs

It took me about 5 months to find my car, and it happened to be in New Mexico. I was pickier than you though-- I wanted a low mile MY00, GPW with red/black interior. Ended up finding one with 23,000. Keep looking It's worth it

The color was a low production/low supply compare to the other selections. I have been a white car owner for many years (14) and I could not find GPW and the ones I found had too many cosmetic damage that I could not accept. I saw a brand new Chicane/Synchro Silver at a dealer and I got that one. I dont regret it one bit.
